Daisy and Bryony met in 2017 through their careers on private sailing yachts and became instant friends. When they discovered that they had a mutual love of food, working hard and playing harder, their friendship was sealed for life. In 2021 they were working in the Caribbean when lockdowns were imposed, and the world became a very uncertain place. They spent their days trying to make sense of what might happen in the future.
